David Miers
Sir Henry David Alastair Capel Miers〔Ruth Northey, ''Whitaker's Almanack 2012'' (A&C Black, 18 Oct 2011), 104.〕 (born 1937), commonly known as Sir David Miers, is a British diplomat.
